Milling and Resurfacing

The milling and resurfacing scope of work for this project  was to removing the top distressed layer of asphalt (milling), preparing the surface (cleaning, tack coat), applying new asphalt courses (leveling/surface), adjusting utilities (manholes/curb ramps), and completing final touches like striping, all while managing traffic safety with signs/flagmen to provide a smooth, durable new pavement surface

Bathroom Renovation

The scopes for the  bathroom renovation for this project was to  Demolition & Prep, Structural/Layout Changes, Plumbing, Electrical, Finishes (tiling, painting, fixtures), and Cleanup/Punch List, detailing tasks like demoing old fixtures, framing new walls, relocating pipes/wires, installing custom shower/vanity, tiling floors/walls, adding lighting/fans, painting, and final inspections, ensuring clear client expectations and project specifics.

Water Intrusion Repairs

The scope for this  interior water intrusion  Project scope  was to  investigation (moisture meters, infrared, visual), mitigation (drying, containment), repair (drywall, flooring, mold remediation), and prevention, focusing on finding the source (roof, plumbing, envelope), assessing damage, removing wet materials, disinfecting, and restoring affected areas like walls, ceilings, and floors to prevent mold and structural issues.

Canopy Support

This project scope was to replace or install new metal columns for a compromised (“falling”) canopy. The scope emphasizes structural stability, safety during demolition, and proper foundation engineering

Canal Bank Restoration

A scope for canal bank restoration was erosion control, stabilization, and environmental remediation, requiring tasks like debris/vegetation removal, grading/leveling soil, placing rock/fill, installing bioengineering (sod, live stakes, plants) for natural stabilization, managing drainage, obtaining permits (USACE, FDEP), and adhering to site-specific designs for improved water flow and property protection, often using eco-friendly methods like native plantings for long-term resilience.

Addition

A The scope for this  house addition details all project phases: Pre-Construction (design, permits, site prep), Construction (foundation, framing, roofing, mechanicals, insulation, drywall), Finishes (flooring, paint, trim), and Closeout (final inspections, punch list), ensuring clarity on deliverables, timelines, materials, and budget for both owner and builder, especially regarding how the new structure ties into the existing home’s systems.

New Residential Building

A scope was to build a new two-story residential home covers the entire project life cycle from site preparation to final walkthrough. It ensures all parties understand the technical specifications, responsibilities, and milestones

New Restaurants

The scope was to build  new restaurant in an existing structure, the scope involves detailed plans for demolition, new construction (kitchen, dining, restrooms), MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) upgrades, specialized systems (fire suppression, ventilation, POS), finishes, and code compliance, requiring tight coordination with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets Florida Building Codes and securing necessary permits like building, fire, and Certificate of Occupancy (CO).

Canal Bank Restoration using Shorsox

A canal bank restoration project using ShoreSOX (a bioengineered, living shoreline erosion control system) involves a specific, low-impact,, and often water-based approach to stabilizing eroded, steep, or collapsed shorelines..

Flooring Replacemnt

A Scope of flooring replacement project was to  providing labor, materials, tools, and managing the entire process from old floor removal (carpet, tile, adhesive) to subfloor prep (leveling, moisture mitigation, repairs) and final installation of new LVT/LVP, cove base, transitions, and clean-up, ensuring code compliance, protection of surroundings, and coordination with other trades, with final handover of materials/instructions.

Canal Bank Restoration Using Gabion

The canal bank restoration project using gabions involves site preparation, erosion control, structural installation, and site restoration. Gabions are effective for bank stabilization, erosion control, and, when properly installed, they allow for free drainage to prevent hydrostatic pressure buildup.

Two story Town Home

A scope was to build a new two-story Town  home covers the entire project life cycle from site preparation to final walkthrough. It ensures all parties understand the technical specifications, responsibilities, and milestones
